What we take
We clear out garages, basements and attics in Dedham, Eastern Massachusetts and the South Shore and haul everything away. These are the rooms that fill up first, and they are usually the hardest to empty on your own.
Garages collect bikes, old tools, storage bins and things that never made it back into the house. Basements hold old furniture, broken appliances and moving boxes. Attics in older homes have pull-down ladders and tight hatches that make every trip down slow work.
You don't have to sort first. Tell the crew what stays, and we load the rest, take apart anything that won't fit through the hatch and sweep the floor when the room is empty.

Garage, Basement and Attic Cleanouts questions
Do I need to sort everything before a garage or basement cleanout?
No, sorting is optional. Put aside anything you want to keep, or point it out to the crew on the day, and we work around it. Everything else gets loaded and hauled, from broken furniture to the boxes nobody has opened since the last move.
Can you clear an attic with a pull-down ladder?
Yes. Attics with pull-down ladders and tight hatches are common in older Massachusetts homes, and we carry items down by hand. Pieces that won't fit through the hatch can be taken apart. In summer, we plan attic work for the cooler morning hours when possible.
Can you clear a garage that's packed to the door?
Yes. Packed garages are a normal job for us. We work from the door inward, set aside anything you point out to keep and load the rest. You see the space come back as we go, and we sweep the floor once the last item is on the truck.
What happens to the things I want to keep during a cleanout?
Point them out before we start, or mark them with tape or a sticky note. We set keepers aside in one spot and ask before moving anything we're unsure about. Nothing leaves the property until you've confirmed it can go, so you never lose something you meant to keep.
